Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I've been at it still with Stronglifts, although I've switched to hypertrophy to 'take it easy' for a few weeks and switch it up. I will be going back to strength in a week or so.
The Fitbit One is really cool. I just received mine yesterday and it has a nice clip that hopefully wont attribute to me losing it as I've lost the old Fitbit. Still bulking, up to 15.5% bodyfat. Going to bulk until January 1st and then eat maintenance for either a slight cut or recomp after.
