Taking today off from fasting. Going to make it a "cheat" day. Will still stay in the caloric range of +20% as it is a lifting day.

Notes:
Ate...way...too...much...today. 7,108 calories. Going for a full 36 hour fast to hopefully mitigate some of that. Might change my approach up a bit to incorporate a feed day or two a week, followed by 36 hour fasts. My body seems to like that a lot and I have seen some decent muscle growth. Will monitor weight, gains, and bodyfat.
