Yesterday went well. I ate 80% primal as I haven't been able to go out grocery shopping yet.
Getting rest, taking life slow, and staying active the primal way are all things I am working on.
I walk around as much as possible getting 12-20k steps a day on average. I'm going to ave to add some HIIT in one day a week, however. As for lifting I am still doing Stronglifts.
Me weight has been hovering around 145 at 13.5% body fat.
More to come as I continue this challenge and lifestyle change. I will go lower carb on days I do not lift.
