I've been doing Stronglifts sporadically and adding in pushups and pullups. Summer has kept me busy but I haven't gained all that much and so far have been maintaining things quite well.
Starting tomorrow I am going to try the Primal Challenge and actually follow through this time. I will adhere to the 80/20 rule (80% good dieting, 20% 'fun'). I will do Stronglifts 2-3x a week and add in bodyweight exercises throughout. I still have been walking a lot every day so I have that covered.
I will also be going back to intermittent fasting, following the 16/8 approach. Look for a post tomorrow on my first day of the 21 day challenge (and hopefully a life-long healthier approach to eating in general).
