I've been doing pullups and pushups throughout the "rest" week. So far my lower back feels about 90% better. Tomorrow I will try lifting again and start an actual routine (which I will document here). I will also be making sure to keep within the calorie ranges with only minor give and take so that I can track what actually works.
I've been going for 3-4 mile walks every day to keep things at bay. We also have a competition at work and I want the IT team to win! So it's up to myself, my manager, and a couple teammates to beat out the other departments. So awesome when a workplace gets motivated to get up and get out! I will do what I can to keep it up for them post competition too. The Fitbit pedometer seems to spreading like wildfire and I still love mine!
