I'm still here! Life has been awesomely busy (Shayna = amazing). I've still been doing Stronglifts 5x5 2-3x a week and fasting at times. I am going to try to be more consistent now.
Stats:
Weight: 146.6 lbs
Bodyfat: 13.5 %
Going to do Stronglifts tonight, but have made some gains in that department. Still working on the 210lbs squat.
My company recently had a walking competition that I placed 2nd in, and there's a new contest that started up. As for cardio most of it is in that walking with some jogging thrown in and basketball on Fridays.
