I've been eating 80% Paleo for the last week now. I'll be completely cutting out bread even as a cheat. So far my workouts are Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. I do Stronglifts 5x5 and have been eating 3,000-4,500 calories a day. So far my lifts seem to be going up. I will be working on form as well and if I notice form starting to give way I'll deload and fix that problem.
