I made all my lifts today. The squat is the first time I've done a 220lb squat 5x5. I had to use the smith machine but I made sure I used it with as good as form as possible. Also made the rest of my lifts, which I foresee stalling on the new squat (hopefully not) and the dang rows which are becoming pretty crazy. I think I need to do a form check on the rows.

I need to eat more but am currently out to see Shayna play :). I will for sure get some more calories tomorrow morning. Eating as clean as possible is exciting when I see improvement in lifts. Not easy though.
