I will be using alternate day fasting, today being one of the fast days. Following the 24 hour approach - which is a bit different than 16/8. I will ease back into 16/8 in a few days.
Feeling good, got a decent amount of sleep last night!

The goal will be moderate fat, high protein, low/no carb for this week.
First meal today will be at 9:00pm which will bring me to a 28 hour fast.
