I am going to take a week off of Stronglifts (or only do them if my back is not as sore). Need to give my body a break. Lower back has been hurting and not getting better. I am also going to eat at a defecit this week since I wont be lifting.
I will still do bodyweight exercises and track my stats here.

3 mile walk.
Did benchpress @ 150lbs 5x3
Some close grip pullups.
