Exercise:
Decided to give my lower back a break - skipped rows. I probably could have done the last few reps for the bench but I had no one to spot me.
Squats I am trying to get form down still, had to use the damn smith machine 'cause of the bros using the power rack for shrugs.
Cardio:
4 mile walk.
Pushups:
Sets of 40-44-46-32-50-36-87 (diamond)
Pullups:
Close grip 5-6-7-8-9 (Did them all!)
Wide grip: did varying amounts.
