Today I am feeling pretty tired. I have done a lot around my apartment and can't wait for my 'breakfast' at 4:00pm.
So far I've been easing into paleo eating and I'm loving it.
Stats:
141.8 lbs
10.4% bodyfat (wish I could believe it, but I take this scale's bodyfat measurements with a grain of salt :))
Exercise:
Random pullups to max / sets of pushups.
Moving things around apartment.
Active/passive rest day.
