Woke up at 11pm and craved almond butter... gave in... at the whole damn thing. Need to find out why this happens!

Ate too much. Thinking front loading carbs first meal is a bad idea. Will have more protein, less fat, and not as many sweets. More protein = less cravings!
Going to continue with my approach.
