Not entirely happy about being over (again) on my rest day!
Today is a lifting day so the goal is +20%. Rest days I want to try to be -20% so I can aim for that recomp.
I am not going to buy anymore almond butter. I never had a problem with raw almonds, so I'll resort to those for the healthy fats.

Not liking those numbers. Might just eat maintenance today after working out.

Shooting hoops for about 1/2 hour.
Stronglifts 5x5:
Did better on squats! Stalled on overhead and deadlift.
Did 20 mins ~4.0 on the treadmill, also walked to and from gym.
