A few observations:
Leangains approach works good, but I still am thinking two 24 hour fasts will be best for me.
Recomp has been helping me out with muscle gain but I think I would benefit more if I was at a lower body fat percentage. I'm back around 15.
New goal: cut down to 9% bodyfat, evaluate from there. Will reduce calories to lose about 1lbs a week.
