Time to outline my plan of attack for the next month or so.
My TDEE with my current activity level appears to be around 2,500 calories a day. Here is how I plan to break it down with a -20% daily decrease (-500 cals).
Monday: 2200
Tuesday: 2500 (lifting day)
24-hour fast (Tues 10pm - Wednesday 10pm)
Wednesday: 1000
Thursday: 2500 (lifting day)
Friday: 2200
24-hour fast (Friday 10pm - Saturday 10pm)
Saturday: 1000
Sunday: 2500 (lifting day)
TDEE Weekly Total: 17,500
