Did our typical 4 mile walk on lunch today at work. Hoping Team WIT wins in the competition.
I ate around 4k calories yesterday and 1.5k today. Puts me about even for the last week. Will see how my body reacts to slowly eating less and less (to the point of a 1.5k deficit at the very least).
Exercise:
100 pushups
Close and wide grip pullups in varied max rep sets.
