Some interesting statistics from Fitbit:
It is pretty accurate with calories burned (checked a few times with the heart rate monitor I have). I, however, have not added lifting sessions to the activity log. I will start doing this to get a better picture. What I think is interesting the almost direct correlation with activity level and calories. As long as I am under 150lbs I generally listen to my body when it is hungry. 150lbs or 15% bodyfat, whatever comes first. Then I slowly back down. I like keeping my strength and gaining some as well.
So far so good, and I believe intermittent fasting with 24 hour windows as well as the 16/8 approach has been working very well.
