I woke up last night around 11pm and ate 2oz of raw walnuts (craved something fatty). Thinking going too low on fat on workout days is what makes me crave. I will try just water next time.
Either way I am going to add those calories to today's food. Going to get some rest today (maybe a few pushups/pullups), and some LISS with stretching added, but that's it.
