Felt a bit run down later in the day. Perhaps this was due to low carb intake yesterday.

Stronglifts: ** I had to use the smith machine for squats as the other area for freeweights was taken the entire time. Will do free weights next time to see if there is actual progression. Felt good after I had breakfast, a bit tired going into the workout but overall made some gains!
