Given my results so far and how I've been feeling here is what I am going to try for this next week:
Two huge calorie days, each followed by 36 hour fasts. Both lifting days. My weekly goal will be a 1,500 calorie surplus. I will monitor weight and fat gain and if it happens too fast I will adjust accordingly.
Weekly caloric intake summary:
Sunday May 27th - Ate maintenance
Monday May 28th - 1085 under maintenance
Tuesday May 29th - 376 over maintenance
Wednesday May 30th - 660 under maintenance
Thursday May 31st - 4333 over maintenance
Friday June 1st - 2100 under maintenance, fasted 36 hours
Saturday June 2nd - 4000 over maintenance
Sunday June 3rd - Will fast (36 hour) and do cardio, 2600 under maintenance
