Feeling pretty good today, for a monday. My 50/50 headphones broke though so I'll have to pick up a new pair.
Going to make today my 'relaxed' eating day. Most would call it a cheat day but that's a terrible way to put it :P
So far the Leangains approach has been good, however due to my activity level (I've been walking, A LOT) and that starts in the morning, I may switch the approach to 1-2 24 full fasts a week. That would make for 1-2 low low calorie days (800-1,500).
Stats:
145 lbs
12.7% bodyfat
Exercise:
Lots of walking today.
Walked to the transit center (1.6 miles each way)
Will probably walk on lunch as well.
Other than that, random sets of max rep pullups/pushups and rest.
